Terms of Service and Information

Payment

• Payment is upfront. The commission will not be started until payment is completed.

• All transactions are made through PayPal Invoices. 

• No refunds will be given after completion.

• If a refund is requested before I start working, the client will receive 85% of what was paid.

• I will not issue a refund requested after I have already started working on the commission.

Usage

• You can use the piece you purchased as a cover photo, avatar, sidebar image, or anything you like.

• You can print the piece for personal use only.

• You can NOT resell the piece you purchased or mass-produce it for profit in any way. You must specify if you are commissioning a book cover or any other type of work meant for distribution. And it shall be considered as a commercial commission.

• I may use any piece in my portfolio or as advertisement for my work on my website or social media.

• I may sell the piece as prints or merchandise. (Original characters/designs won’t be used)

• I will keep the piece private upon request by the commissioner. 

• Please tag and credit me if you choose to repost your commission on any type of social media.

Process and final piece

• Updates (work in process) are included.

• You will receive the following:

      1. update on a rough sketch, here you may ask for edits and bigger changes

      2. update on a clean sketch, following edits from the previous stage. Here you may ask for small changes

      3. update on the coloring phase, here you may ask for changes involving coloring or shading

      4. final piece

• You may request minor edits up to a week after completion.

• Simple backgrounds (flat colors, textures, gradients etc) are free.

• Pieces can take up to a month to complete. It may take longer if I have a large number of orders ahead of yours. I will let you know if that is the case before I accept your commission.

• I have the right to drop or refuse your commission at any time for any reason. (If payment has been completed, you will be refunded accordingly!)

• All commissions are in the form of a digital PNG image file with high resolution (starting at 1500 px wide for all styles except chibis which start at 1080px wide), no hard copies will be sent. PSD files can be sent at your request but would be charged extra.

• Do not edit, remove, or otherwise tamper with my signature on the piece.

• Tips are not necessary, but highly appreciated!

Obs: at the moment I am unable to draw: nsfw, furries,mecha and romantic/sexual content of real people.
